By applying for membership you are giving your consent to us holding the data on this form for our membership records.
Once we have received your message we will send you a welcome e-mail, which will include your membership number.
If you feel able to make a donation for annual membership, details of how to pay are given below. If you do not use on-line banking please email clerk@quakervoicesonmh.org.uk and we will let you know where to send a cheque.
(Note: The annual membership fee is voluntary, as explained on the Membership page. No-one should be prevented from becoming a member for financial reasons.)

If you would like to organise a collection in your Quaker Meeting please send us a message. We can provide text for the appeal or your local newsletter.
If you are a member of QVoMH please use your membership number as the payment reference or alternatively email treasurer@quakervoicesonmh.org.uk to say you have made the payment.
If you are you NOT a member of QVoMH and would like to support us, please use your surname as the payment reference and send us a message so that we can thank you.
